Vruum provides services based on your choice of transport, based on your location to give you a world class ride hailing experience.
5. Device and Connection Information
We collect the drivers’ and passengers’ GPS positions during rides which facilitates the pickup and drop and ensuring safety of Vruum users.

We don’t use Cookies only local variables.
7. How we use information we collect
We use it to automate and optimize provide better ride hailing services and providing safety and security for the users of Vruum during their usage of Vruum services.

We are always looking for ways to make our Services smarter, faster, secure, integrated, and useful. We may use the information to analyze the data and create better services to provide great experiences for the riders and drivers. We don’t use the data for any marketing or promotion purpose.
9. Customer support
We use your information to resolve technical issues and any limited support that is related during rides facilitated through Vruum.

We collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so under applicable laws.
We need it to provide you the Services, including to operate the Services, provide customer support and personalized features and to protect the safety and security of the Services.

You can request to delete the information prior to 3 months, however this can affect our Services to you.
